Returns Policy

OUR RETURNS POLICY 

For Goods to be accepted for return to Teknind.com goods must be returned within  30 days of receipt. Goods also need to be in an unused condition and be sent with the the original delivery docket. Goods will need to be in its original packaging/boxes. 

 

Sale items may be returned for refund within 30 days as per above policy as well and Refunds and Exchanges are not permitted after the 30 day period.

 

Gift Vouchers
Please note that no returns are permitted on gift vouchers.  Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash.  If a voucher is lost, stolen etc. it will not be replaced under any circumstances as we cannot guarantee its usage in the future. 

 

How to send back a return? 

Orders can be returned to us by Post or by courier depending on access. We recommend you post any returns to us using a carrier who can give you a “Certificate of Posting” as until we receive the parcel it is your responsibility and this way you can track your packages movements. 
Alternatively, we can arrange collection of your return. Return costs vary depending on size and number of parcels.

You can return your order to Tekni Industrial for an exchange or refund.

Do I have to pay to return the product?
Returning goods to Tekni Industrial USA is not free and will depend on the weight of the item(s) to be returned. You can check costs of returns with your local post office/Carrier for charges.

 

How long can I keep my order before returning it?
You will need to return your items to us within 30 days of receiving them.

 

How long will it take to process my return once I have put in a request?
Returns are processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back at our warehouse.

Please allow for up to a week for refunds to show on your account.
We will refund you by the same method as payment that was made to purchase the product originally i.e. credit card etc. 

 

What if the item is faulty?
If you are unhappy due to a perceived technical product fault or misdescribed product, please contact us to arrange a return.
- Tekni USA reserve the right to take a reasonable amount of time to make a decision on the product as it will need to be tested. 
- We commit to reverting to the customer with a decision within 10 days of receipt of return. 
- In certain cases, the product may also be reviewed by the Operations team.
- Customers will be offered the following options in this order: repair, replacement or refund.

 

I received the wrong items, what now? 
If this happens, we will ensure that we get the correct items out to you as soon as possible. We will cover the cost of returning these items from yourself. 

 

Cancellations?
Customers may cancel their online order at any time for stock line products. Orders for non-catalogue items can only be cancelled after consultation/agreement with Tekni Industrial.

If customers wish to cancel their order after the goods have been despatched, the goods can be returned at the customer’s own expense.
